    SECTION 1110

    Immunity from liability

    Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 1110. Immunity from liability. No official of a party state or
    employee of the compact committee shall be held personally liable for
    any reasonable action taken in good faith that occurs during the
    performance and within the scope of his or her responsibilities and
    duties under this compact.
