    SECTION 130

    The office of gaming inspector general

    Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 1

    § 130. The office of gaming inspector general. The duties and
    responsibilities of the former office of the gaming inspector general
    are transferred to and encompassed by the office of the state inspector
    general as expressly referenced in article four-A of the executive law.
