    Contests prohibited

    Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 14

    § 1412. Contests prohibited. The conduct of unregistered interactive
    fantasy sports contests is prohibited.
