Statewide transmission
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 5-A
§ 525. Statewide transmission. Subject to the general limitations of
this article, the provisions of its plan of operation and the rules and
regulations of the commission, each regional corporation may provide for
direct transmission of off-track wagering information to a track within
its region for the purpose of creating a joint or combined pool as
required by section five hundred twenty-three of this article.
