    SECTION 623

    Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded

    Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 6

    § 623. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar as
    the provisions of this article are inconsistent with the provisions of
    any other law, general, special or local, the provisions of this article
    shall be controlling.
