Complaints against contractor
New York State Printing and Public Documents (PPD) CHAPTER 58, ARTICLE 2
§ 9. Complaints against contractor. Complaints for violation of any of
the terms of a contract on the part of the contractor, or contractors,
for state printing shall be made to the commissioner, who shall and is
hereby empowered and directed, in his discretion, to take such action as
will afford the necessary and proper relief.
