Partnership

CHAP. 408.

AN ACT in relation to partnerships, constituting

chapter thirty-nine of the consolidated laws.
Became a law May 5, 1919, with the approval of the Governor. Passed,

three-fifths being present.

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
