    Record of proceedings

    Rapid Transit (RAT) CHAPTER 48-A, ARTICLE 2

    § 12. Record of proceedings. The secretary of the board of
    transportation, or other officer or employee designated by it, shall
    keep a full and true record of all its proceedings. The record of
    proceedings shall be printed as the minutes of the transactions of the
    board.
