    Approval of contracts to effectuate plans

    Rapid Transit (RAT) CHAPTER 48-A, ARTICLE 8

    § 92. Approval of contracts to effectuate plans. Anything contained
    in this article to the contrary notwithstanding, the commission shall
    not execute and deliver any plan, or any lease thereunder, without
    obtaining the consent and approval of the board of estimate.
