    SECTION 334

    Bequests

    Religious Corporations (RCO) CHAPTER 51, ARTICLE 17

    § 334. Bequests. Any bequest of real or personal property to an
    unincorporated United Methodist church may be taken and held by the
    incorporated annual conference which has jurisdiction over said church
    and administered for the benefit of said church.
