    SECTION 461

    Application for incorporation

    Religious Corporations (RCO) CHAPTER 51, ARTICLE 22

    § 461. Application for incorporation. Any unincorporated church or any
    heretofore incorporated church wishing to incorporate under this article
    shall execute, acknowledge and file a certificate of incorporation as
    hereinafter provided.
