 consolidated laws

The  People  of  the  State  of  New  York,  represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
          CHAPTER SEVENTY-SEVEN-A OF THE CONSOLIDATED LAWS

Article 1. Short title; definitions (Secs. 1-2).
      2. Purpose; organization and management; powers (Secs.  10-29).
      3. Amendment;  consolidation;  merger;  and  dissolution  (Secs.
           30-35).
      4. Conversion of domestic corporations; authorization to foreign
           corporations (Secs. 40-41).
      5. Filing and fees (Secs. 50-51).
      6. General  provisions  governing  property  and  affairs (Secs.
           60-68).
      7. Construction; separability; effective date (Secs. 70-72).
