Construction standards
Rural Electric Cooperative (REL) CHAPTER 77-A, ARTICLE 6
§ 64. Construction standards. Construction of electric lines by a
cooperative shall, as a minimum requirement, comply with the standards
of the national electric safety code in effect at the time of such
construction.
