    Estate of curtesy abolished

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 6

    § 189. Estate of curtesy abolished. The common law estate by the
    curtesy in the real property of a wife dying after the thirty-first day
    of August, nineteen hundred and thirty, and all its incidents, are
    hereby abolished.
