    SECTION 195

    Widow of mortgagee not endowed

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 6

    § 195. Widow of mortgagee not endowed. A widow shall not be endowed of
    the lands conveyed to her husband by way of mortgage, unless he acquires
    an absolute estate therein, during the marriage.
