When dower barred by dissolution of marriage
Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 6
§ 196-a. When dower barred by dissolution of marriage. In case of a
dissolution of the marriage because of the absence of the wife for five
successive years, as provided in section seven-a of the domestic
relations law, she shall not be endowed.
