Definitions
Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 1
§ 2. Definitions. 1. The terms "real property" and "lands" as used in
the first eight articles of this chapter are co-extensive in meaning
with lands, tenements and hereditaments.
2. The term "infant" or "minor" as used in this chapter means a person
who has not attained the age of eighteen years.
