    Notice to commissioner of motor vehicles

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 9-E

    * § 344-e. Notice to commissioner of motor vehicles. Upon payment of
    the fees provided by law and recordation of the affidavit of affixation,
    the recording officer shall endorse the affidavit as "recorded in land
    records", setting forth thereon the indexing information for the
    affidavit of affixation and the recording officer shall forthwith
    forward the recorded original affidavit of affixation to the person
    designated therein for filing with the commissioner of motor vehicles.
