Writ of assistance
Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 4
§ 1162. Writ of assistance. Any party or tax district acquiring title
to a parcel of real property under and pursuant to the terms and
provisions of this article shall be entitled to a writ of assistance,
with the same force and effect as if such party or tax district had
acquired the property by virtue of a mortgage foreclosure.
