    Soldiers monument corporations

    Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 4, TITLE 2

    § 442. Soldiers monument corporations. Real property owned by a
    soldiers monument corporation shall be entitled to the exemption
    provided in the not-for-profit corporation law.
