    Earnings ratio

    Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 4, TITLE 2-A

    § 489-i. Earnings ratio. The commissioner shall determine the earnings
    ratio for each railroad company by ascertaining the ratio of its average
    railway earnings to its system reproduction cost, computed to the
    nearest hundredth of one per cent.
