Review
Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 2
§ 846. Review. A final determination of the commissioner relating to
county equalization rates established pursuant to this title may be
reviewed by the supreme court in the manner provided by article
seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules upon application of an
affected city or town.
