    SECTION 959

    Applicability of title; separability

    Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 3-A

    § 959. Applicability of title; separability. 1. This title shall apply
    to all municipal corporations in the state which collect taxes.

    2. Separability. If any provision of this title or the application of
    such provision in certain circumstances shall be held invalid, the
    validity of the remainder of this title and its applicability to other
    circumstances shall not be affected.
