    SECTION 207

    Railroads in parks in New York city, by whom constructed

    Railroad (RRD) CHAPTER 49, ARTICLE 5

    § 207. Railroads in parks in New York city, by whom constructed.
    Whenever any railroads shall be constructed in the city of New York,
    under the provisions of the preceding six sections, such railroads shall
    be constructed by the department of public parks of said city with the
    concurrence of the sinking fund commissioners of said city.
