    SECTION 15

    State supervision

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 2

    § 15. State supervision. The retirement system continued by this
    article shall be subject to the supervision of the superintendent of
    financial services. Such supervision shall be in accordance with the
    provisions of the insurance law to the extent that such provisions are
    applicable to the retirement system and are not inconsistent with the
    provisions of this article.
