Application
Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 3-A
§ 151. Application. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of
law, the provisions of this article shall apply to any public retirement
system of the state and to any public employee pension plan administered
by such system.
