Payment of supplemental pensions

§ 164. Payment of supplemental pensions. On or before the last day of
each month, there shall be paid to each state retired employee and state
retired teacher, from the supplemental pension fund, the monthly
supplemental pension payment to which he may be entitled under the
provisions of this article.
