    Effective date

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 5

    § 182. Effective date. This act shall take effect July first,
    nineteen hundred fifty-six. The right to change, alter, amend or repeal
    this act or any part thereof prior to that date is hereby reserved.
