    SECTION 215

    Effective period

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 7

    § 215. Effective period. The privilege granted by this article to
    retired persons to continue as such and earn compensation in positions
    in public service shall remain in full force and effect until December
    thirty-first, nineteen hundred seventy-four.
