Transfer of records and documents
Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 1
§ 297. Transfer of records and documents. Records and documents of the
employees' retirement system relating to police officers and
firefighters and other persons who are members of such system pursuant
to sections eighty-one to eighty-eight, inclusive, shall be transferred
to the retirement system established by this article.
