    Promulgation of rules and regulations

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 18

    § 804. Promulgation of rules and regulations. Each public retirement
    system is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to implement
    the provisions of this article.
