    SECTION 806

    Exclusion

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 18

    § 806. Exclusion. a. A person who was not a member of a public
    retirement system as of March thirty-first, nineteen hundred
    ninety-three shall be ineligible for the benefits provided by sections
    eight hundred one and eight hundred three of this article.

    b. This article shall have no application to a retiree or former
    retiree from a public retirement system.
