    SECTION 144

    Political activity prohibited

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 9

    § 144. Political activity prohibited. Any officer or member of the
    police department who violates any provision of section 17-110 of the
    election law shall be dismissed from office.
