    SECTION 174

    Liability of city

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 11

    § 174. Liability of city. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be
    deemed to make the city liable for the support or relief of any poor
    person when it is not otherwise so liable.
