    Execution of deeds and contracts

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 5

    § 55. Execution of deeds and contracts. The mayor shall, on behalf of
    the city, execute all deeds and contracts made by it and shall cause to
    be affixed thereto the city seal.
