    Custody and management of sinking fund

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 6

    § 65. Custody and management of sinking fund. The comptroller shall
    have, under the direction of the board of estimate and apportionment,
    the custody, investment and management of any sinking fund provided for
    the payment or redemption of city debts.
