    § 1006. Failure to qualify

    The court must upon application of any person interested, a public
    administrator, the chief fiscal officer of the county, or creditor
    require an administrator designated by it to receive letters to qualify
    within a time specified and direct that in default thereof he be deemed
    to have renounced his appointment.
