    SECTION 1101

    Incumbents The office of public administrator within the counties of the city of New York hereby is continued

    Surrogate's Court Procedure Act (SCP) CHAPTER 59-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 1101. Incumbents

    The office of public administrator within the counties of the city of
    New York hereby is continued. The public administrators of the counties
    within the city of New York in office when this act takes effect shall
    continue in office until the end of their respective terms or until a
    vacancy occurs.
