    § 1509. Power over lifetime trusts

    Except to the extent inconsistent with other provisions of this act,
    the surrogate having jurisdiction of a lifetime trust shall have such
    power over the lifetime trust and its trustee as a justice of the
    supreme court having jurisdiction over the trust would have.
