§ 2403. Fees of court reporter in surrogate's court
Except where otherwise agreed or when special provision is otherwise
made by statute a court reporter is entitled for a copy fully written
out from his stenographic notes of the testimony required to be made in
any proceeding for the record of the court to 20 cents for each folio
and the court may order that the fees therefor be paid out of the estate
to which the proceeding relates.
