    § 810. Application of article to fiduciaries heretofore appointed

    The provisions of this article shall apply to fiduciaries heretofore
    appointed and to trusts created before this act takes effect except that
    its provisions shall not affect in any manner the liability of sureties
    on bonds theretofore executed.
