    Application of tax law

    Suffolk County Tax Act (SCT) CHAPTER ROOT, ARTICLE 1

    § 32. Application of tax law. The tax law shall apply and govern in
    all matters relating to taxation in Suffolk county not inconsistent with
    the provisions of this act.
