    SECTION 428

    Separability

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 6

    § 428. Separability. If any provision of this title or the
    application thereof to any person or circumstances is held to be
    invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision
    to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
