    Funding limitations

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 7

    § 434. Funding limitations. Notwithstanding any other provisions of
    this chapter the total amount of reimbursement to social services
    districts pursuant to this title shall be limited to the amount of the
    annual appropriation made by the legislature for preventive services.
