    Technical assistance

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 6-A

    § 459-e. Technical assistance. To the extent that funds are available,
    the department shall arrange for or provide technical assistance to
    residential and non-residential programs for victims of domestic
    violence. Technical assistance shall include, but shall not be limited
    to, budgeting techniques, fund raising and program management.
