Utilization of other agency assistance
Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 10-C
§ 483-a. Utilization of other agency assistance. To effectuate the
purposes of this article, any department, division, board, bureau,
commission or agency of the state or of any political subdivision
thereof shall, at the request of the executive director, provide to the
council such facilities, assistance and data as will enable the council
to properly carry out its powers and duties.
