    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 2-A, TITLE 4

    § 51. Regulations. The office of temporary and disability assistance
    shall, in consultation with other agencies deemed appropriate by the
    commissioner, promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to
    carry out the provisions of this article.
