Plan for the homeless
Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 4
§ 79. Plan for the homeless. The mayor of New York city shall submit
to the legislature and the governor a copy of the revised and updated
five-year plan for housing the homeless in New York city which is
required under section 21-121 of the administrative code of the city of
New York, no later than February fourteenth of each year.
