§ 84. County commissioner's revolving fund. A board of supervisors
may authorize the county treasurer to furnish the county commissioner
with an emergency revolving fund. Moneys from this fund shall be used
only where it would be a hardship on the applicant or recipient to wait
for the issuance of a grant in accordance with regularly established
disbursement procedures. Reimbursement of expenditures from this fund
shall be made at least monthly upon the presentation of itemized
statements or vouchers chargeable to the appropriate programs of
assistance in accordance with established procedures.
