    SECTION 90-A

    Taxes for county public welfare districts

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 5

    § 90-a. Taxes for county public welfare districts. Taxes for each
    form of assistance or care administered by the county public welfare
    district shall be levied only in the territory in which the county
    public welfare district is responsible for the administration of such
    form thereof.
